In 1994, JAD began hosting a weekend long training camp aimed at putting the best quartet in the District in front of some of the best coaches in the Society. JAD invests in and sponsors the Top Gun program annually to help the top quartet talent grow. Participation is by invitation only, and there is a tuition that covers room, board, and the travel expenses of the coaches.
