Register on-line for JAD Contests
On-line registration is now set up for all competitors. Note that this requires you to log on to the Society’s new version of Member’s Only, titled “ebiz.” The link listed below will take you directly there or you can locate ebiz by scrolling down the Society’s home page. It is listed near the bottom. Please have ready a list of song titles and arranger/copyright information. This will help speed the registration process. Once the registration form is completed, an e-mail message automatically goes to Dave Rubin, JAD’s VP Contest & Judging and to the quartet contact person or the chapter president, whichever is applicable.
Before going any further, please read, and preferably print out, the instructions on using ebiz to register.
Click the following link to begin the registration process:

After you log in, at the right side of the top row you’ll find CJ20. When you roll your curser over it, there will be a drop down list, please select Contest Entry. Using the instructions you printed out, you can now register.
…But you still have to send fees via snail mail
After you’ve registered on-line for one of the quartet or chorus contests, you must still send the registration fee to Dave Rubin at the address presented below. Your group won’t be considered formally registered until you’ve shown Dave the money. If you’re not listed as paid, your registration is only virtual, so to speak. Quartets and choruses that miss the fee-payment deadlines for their contests may be listed in the tables below, but they’re not officially registered (and cannot compete) until payment has been received.
Competitors in either Quartet or Chorus contests must pre-register at the following rates: District, $35 per man; and Prelims, $35 per man. Submit registration fees through your quartet contact or chorus manager to Dave Rubin, VP-C&J (Check payable to JAD). All competitor fees are to be mailed to Dave Rubin and must be received 14 days prior to the contest; competitors are not fully registered until the fee is received. If a man is competing both in a quartet and in a chorus, or is competing in multiple quartets or choruses, he only needs to pay once for the contest. When the fee is sent, please list the chorus or quartet that is paying for him. Send all checks and forms to:
