Send feedback to the judges

After each major JAD contest, competitors participate in evaluation sessions with the judges. Typically, each chorus or quartet gets to spend evaluation time with one of the judges in each category (music, presentation, and singing). If you want to provide feedback of any kind to JAD and/or individual judges, you’re encouraged to send your thoughts and comments to Dave Rubin, JAD VP Contest & Judging, who will then share your input with appropriate judges and/or board members. All competitors (quartets and choruses) are urged to take a minute after the contest excitement has abated, and share your thoughts with us.

The objective of this feedback from you to us is to gather information that will help us improve JAD contests, by reinforcing the things you like, and modifying the things you think could be improved. If you’ve got a specific issue that you want to discuss with one or more judges about your specific performance in this contest, tell Dave Rubin, and he can arrange for you to get in touch directly with specific judges.
