- Willing to attend District functions such
as COTS, Apple Corps, District Convention, Spring Prelims, etc.
Duties: -
Serve as the editor of the Johnny Appleseed District publication, the Cider Press.

Publish the Cider Press on a timely schedule that is normally event driven.

Edit, format and compile the Cider Press based on input from district management
personnel as well as other district members and using software provided by the
JAD.
- Use creativity to structure and improve the "look and feel"
of the Cider Press.
- Work with the official district photographer and
staff to obtain photographs and related documentation for each issue.

Submit an annual budget request to the DVP M&PR that is reflective of the
Cider Press publication schedule.
- Work with District VP of Marketing
and Public Relations to stay current concerning Society and District programs.
- Submit expense vouchers in a timely manner to the DVP M&PR.
