(Chapter Operations Training Seminar)
January 11-12, 2008

NOTE: the COTS schedule is a CHANGE from recent years’ COTS programs. This year the event starts on Friday night at 7:30 p.m., not on Saturday as it has in the past. The January 11-12 dates are correct – but it's important for you not to show up Saturday morning as in the past and discover that you've missed half the program!

The venue this year will be the University Plaza Hotel, 3110 Olentangy River Rd., Columbus, Ohio (here's a map).

COTS begins Friday evening, January 11, 2008: Hotel and class registration will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and classes will begin at 7:30 p.m.

All sessions should be concluded by 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 12.

Fee schedule: Registration forms must be received by December 31,2007. The fee is $115.00 per person. Fee includes registration, room, and meal package. Rooms will be assigned at registration.
Rooms are double occupancy. If a single room is desired, the difference will be your responsibility at check in. If the particpant is not staying overnight, deduct $43.00 from registration fee. When registering, if you wan to room with a buddy, please state so on the registration form. Otherwise rooms will be assigned by the hotel.

Hotel registration is January 11, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Registrations may be transferred, but fees are not refundable.
