Information about JAD Chapters

The Johnny Appleseed District comprises all of Ohio and West Virginia, the southwest corner of Pennsylvania, and one chapter in northeastern Kentucky.

If you're new to the district, or if you've just discovered barbershopping and want to make contact with a chapter near you, the buttons below will take you to information that will help you locate a nearby chapter in your state. You're always welcome to drop in unannounced at a chapter meeting, and you'll never find a better source of no-pressure musical fun and friendship. For information about chapter names, chorus names, meeting days, and meeting locations (and some contact phone numbers, email links, and chapter Web page links) please select one of the four states that contain Johnny Appleseed District chapters.:

Contacts for the Chapters

The inclusion of telephone or email contacts for each chapter here on the Web isn't automatic - yet. When chapters request inclusion of such information, it's immediately included in the tables of chapter information that you'll see when you click on the buttons above. If your state's table doesn't include contact information for a chapter in which you're interested, you can call the Society's headquarters (during weekday business hours, Wisconsin time) at 800-876-SING and tell them which chapter you want contact information about. Now that Pennsylvania has an official barbershoppers' license tag, you sholuld be able to go through regular state channels and just signify that you want the Barbershopper vanity plate.
