Here's the latest news about the Baldwin Division from Ted May,
as of 4/14/06:

Middletown: A quality chapter; Fred Pummill has motivated the members to succeed. They have gained membership and competed in the Small Chorus Contest.

Cincinnati: They are working hard to keep moving ahead. There is quality there and they are working to maintain a quality chapter show and work to train all of their singers. They still have one of the most successful Valentine programs in the Society.

Western Hills: This is another quality chapter that is working to rebuild. They have talent and determination. They are not giving up on contest.

Xenia: This chapter is working to reacquaint itself with its roots. Dewayne Grooms is to be commended for his determination to rejuvenate the group and to convince Don McAdams to return to the fold as their Director. They are working on becoming a quality chapter and show promise.

Miami Shelby: They are definitely a quality chapter. They have a good group and quite some talent. The division and district need to help them get connected. Their YIH program is the envy of the Society. They make it work every day.

Dayton Metro:
They are making it on their own. They have several committed individuals, but they need help. They need to reach out a bit. They could use a dose of Kirk, if he can get in there. They don't ask for help, but they don't refuse it either. Their quality comes from not giving up.
